So, I just have to tell you something cool ok? ok Well last week was pretty rough with school and midterms and papers and missing my family and all of you lovely ppls. It was just tough. Nevermind all that, its all good now but this is just background information. So, not to complain or anything...but the food here at Elim isn't anything to write home about. I lived on salad for about a week straight a while back, lol. Anywho, my body is craving yummy, good food right about now. SO, yesterday i was on the phone with my mom and i told her that i really just wanted some homemade bread. I havent had any in like 2 months. I go to lunch today and low and behold....a HUGE display of fresh baked bread is set out with cutting boards and knives. Im talking french bread, flat bread, square bread, round bread, soft, hard crunchy...YOU NAME IT! And it was hot! ok, so call me crazy but Im really starting to think that God likes to bless His children, what about you? If he cares that much about the little things, just imagine what He thinks when we are going through big things in life...Hes simply amazing. I know its silly, but that bread made my day. He loves me so much and He knew my desires...He gave me a good thing..and in abundance. I think He likes me...i really do excuse me, but i gotta go eat some bread and read my Bible  yea thats right, i took some extra for my room too! (ps. Todays my half birthday. How time flies eh?) |
